Do we accept returns or exchanges? 

  • Fortunately, we take our time before sending out each order and carefully identify any damages. If a human error occurs, we will happily exchange that item for you at no additional cost.
  • Please read the description of each item carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
  • All sale items are final sale.

Did we have a sale?

  • Be sure that you have chosen the correct color & size of each item.
  • Be sure to enter the promotional code that you would like to use BEFORE completing your order. This cannot be altered once the order is placed.
  • There are no exchanges/returns on sale/promotional items. 

Did my order ship? 

  • Most orders ship within one business day of purchase. Orders are not shipped on holidays or Sundays. 
  • Each customer will receive an email confirmation with all tracking to the email address on file. If you notice you haven't received an email confirmation within the time frame, please check your spam folder or email: sales@shopelsiemargie.com with your name & date of order. 
  • We pride ourselves on quick delivery. Expect all purchases to arrive within 2-3 business days. 
  • Unfortunately, we are not processing international orders as of now. Stay tuned.

Trying to check out? 

  • Customers are not required to register. Customers have the option to checkout as a guest with Paypal, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay.
